Alex Mack Sanchez is a hairstylist located in Las Vegas, Nevada. She’s worked in the beauty industry for 18 years and specializes in haircutting. She’s a behind the chair stylist as well as an independent educator. Her goal is to simplify haircutting techniques to help deliver consistent results and haircuts with longevity. Her approach is using the foundations and basics of cutting and mixing them with modern, easy to follow techniques that you can use for a multitude of cuts and styles.
Caliber All-Star Ambassador-Jason Rios
Jason Rios is the owner and operator of Old Traditions Gentlemen’s Parlor, where classic barbering meets modern craftsmanship. A brand ambassador and product knowledge educator, Jason is also SMP certified, bringing a well-rounded approach to grooming and confidence. Cutting hair since 2013, his work has taken him across Canada, Mexico, and the United States, traveling state to state to build brand awareness, educate, and represent the culture of traditional barbering.

Ashley Santiago is a licensed hair artist based in the West Town neighborhood of Chicago at Rockstar Barbershop. With 16 years of experience behind the chair and sharing the art of color, cutting, styling for special events and educating, she is excited to continue her journey. She wants keep learning and evolving and expand more into sharing her knowledge through content and education.

Anthony Estrada is a barber and educator with over 20 years of experience in the Barber and Beauty Industry. He is the owner of Essence Salon and a recognized authority in modern cutting techniques, precision, and the professional use of barbering tools.
As a Caliber ambassador, Anthony represents excellence, innovation, and a strong commitment to quality education. He has a passion for guiding fellow professionals on the proper use of tools designed to elevate the modern barber. His experience, leadership, and passion for the craft make him a trusted voice within the industry.

Carlos Romero is a retired Firefighter Paramedic turned barber and educator. Since 2019, he has dedicated himself to the craft of traditional barbering, blending discipline, service, and integrity into every cut.
As the owner of Integrity Barbershops, Carlos serves the communities of El Centro, San Diego, and National City, creating a space rooted in professionalism, mentorship, and timeless grooming standards.
Beyond the chair, Carlos is a national Educator and Ambassador for men’s grooming, traveling across the United States to educate, inspire, and shape the future of the barbering industry. His mission is to preserve traditional barbering while empowering the next generation with skill, purpose, and pride in their craft.

Kiara Jimenez, @illuminated.hair is a license cosmetologist and barber with over 10 years behind the chair experience and 6 years educating at local schools and salons as well as traveling with brands.
Caliber Ambassador-Angel Jimenez
Angel Jimenez, @illuminated.barber is a licensed barber with over 12 years of experience and the owner of Illuminated Barber Lounge in Costa Mesa, CA. He specializes in all hair textures and has worked hair shows as a brand ambassador, locally and traveling to Chicago, and Oaxaca, Mexico to educate and promote professional grooming products.

His approach focuses on delivering consistent, top-tier grooming while tailoring every cut to the individual—bringing a modern edge to traditional barbering standards.

Alejandro aka Queso_frescooo is a neighborhood philanthropist, and CEO of a nonprofit, proudly based in Little Village. Dedicated to uplifting the community through service, mentorship, and impact both in and beyond the barber’s chair.
Caliber All-Star Ambassador-Rodney Moore Jr.
Rodney Moore Jr., who goes by Barber Junior (JR), is a licensed barber and Caliber All-Star Ambassador based in Southern California, working at The Butchers Barbershop in Murrieta. Cutting hair since the age of 18, JR has developed a versatile approach to barbering, serving clients of all ages, including children, families, and individuals with special needs.
Licensed since 2021, barbering has played a meaningful role in shaping JR’s life and direction. As a Caliber ambassador, he focuses on real-world tool performance, using Caliber products daily and sharing their impact through hands-on experience and content creation to elevate both the barber behind the chair and the client in it.
Caliber Ambassador-Mike Gomez
Michael Gomez “Mike_Fadez” is a 4th generation barber that takes pride in serving clients with the highest professionalism and quality haircut services. He's been behind the chair since 2005 but started his journey before that in the basement and bathroom back in my younger days. Barbering is his passion and he has pursed it deeper than ever when he moved to Jacksonville from Chicago in 2008. He got his license in 2009 and opened his own barbershop in 2013 and named it Xecutive Cutz Barbershop.

Kevin Corado is a Tampa Bay–based professional barber, licensed and cutting in the barbershop since 2019. A three-time award-winning barber, Kevin has traveled internationally through his hands-on work with clippers, showcasing his craft on a global stage. His approach to every haircut is strategic and efficient, delivering premium-quality results where service is the standard not the exception. Committed to mastering the art of barbering, Kevin continues to refine his craft through education, discipline and daily improvement.
