Shipping, Duties & International Orders
Caliber Pro ships retail orders from the United States to U.S. addresses and eligible international destinations. Available services, delivery estimates, and shipping charges are shown at checkout and depend on the destination, products, package, and carrier eligibility.
U.S. shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $250 or more after discounts and before taxes. Other available services and charges are shown at checkout.
International prices and availability
Unless otherwise stated, product prices and published MSRP are in U.S. dollars and represent U.S. retail pricing. International product availability and shipping services are confirmed at checkout. Some products or destinations may be unavailable because of carrier, customs, battery, regulatory, or product restrictions.
When duties and taxes are collected at checkout
For eligible destinations, estimated import duties and taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout. When duties or import taxes appear as a separate line in your order summary, those estimated amounts are included in the amount you pay to Caliber Pro. These orders must be shipped using an eligible duties-paid service. If an eligible duties-paid service is not available for your order, we may contact you before shipping or cancel and refund the order.
If a carrier or customs authority requests an unexpected import payment, contact Caliber Pro before paying or refusing the shipment. Carrier or customs adjustments may require us to review the order and shipping documents.
When duties and taxes are not collected at checkout
Unless duties or import taxes appear as a separate line in your order summary, they are not included in the product price or shipping charge. The recipient is responsible for any import duty, VAT/GST, customs-processing charge, carrier-brokerage charge, and other destination-country fee assessed before or at delivery. These charges are set by the destination country or carrier and may not be known to Caliber Pro in advance.
Refused, unclaimed, or abandoned international shipments
Please contact Caliber Pro before refusing an international shipment. If an order is refused, unclaimed, or abandoned, customs or the carrier may return, store, or dispose of it. If merchandise is returned to us, any eligible refund will be processed after receipt and inspection and may be reduced by original shipping and any return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, or disposal charges billed to Caliber Pro, subject to applicable law. If merchandise is not returned to us, we may be unable to issue a merchandise refund.
This policy does not limit remedies for an incorrect or defective product or any rights required by applicable law. Eligible voluntary returns remain subject to Caliber Pro's posted 14-day return policy.
Wholesale and distributor orders
Consumer checkout does not establish wholesale pricing, distributor rights, or commercial import terms. U.S. businesses should use the USA Wholesale & Dealer Program inquiry page. Businesses outside the United States should use the International Distributor Program inquiry page. Commercial freight, duties, compliance responsibilities, and payment terms are quoted separately when applicable.
