Alfredo Cruz aka lil Trim is a dual licensed Barber/Cosmetologist based on the south side of Chicago in the neighborhood of Pilsen. He has worked in the industry since 2015. Specializing in Fades, Braids, Cuts, Color, & Styles. Creating what the client desires and always learning new techniques is what keeps him planted in the industry. Based out of Rhode Island Matt is a  master barber, entrepreneur, and educator with 29 years of experience in the barbering industry. Married and a proud father, he is the owner of Saballa’s Empire Barbershop and Headquarters Hair Studio. Matt is also the founder of Barber Culture Brand and a national educator for Caliber Beauty, where he shares his knowledge, experience, and passion for barbering with professionals across the country.
