Caliber Pro – Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy
1. Returns
Caliber Pro currently accepts returns only for purchases made directly from our official
website or from authorized resellers.


2. Refunds
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected in our
inventory.
• To qualify for a refund, the product must be unused, in pristine condition, and returned in
its original packaging with all components included.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• A $35 restocking fee applies to all refunds.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or check) within
14 days of receiving the return.
• If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us at
customerservice@caliberprocorp.com — our team will respond within 48 hours.


3. Cancellations Before Delivery
• Once an order is placed, cancellations or address changes cannot be accepted.
• Orders are automatically sent to our dispatch team immediately upon checkout and cannot be
altered before shipment.
• If you reject delivery or fail to respond to courier requests, the shipment will be marked as
returned to sender.
  - You will be responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.
  - If return postage cannot be paid, the courier may dispose of the shipment, resulting in no
refund.
  - Rejection of a shipment is strictly at your own risk.


4. Damaged or Faulty Goods
• “Faulty” does not include defects caused by normal wear and tear, willful damage, accidents,
misuse, negligence, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
• You must notify us immediately if an item arrives damaged or faulty, and include clear photos
of the product, packaging, and shipping label when reporting the issue.
• If the item is unused and unopened, it may be returned for replacement at no charge.
• Faulty goods reported within 14 days of receipt may be returned free of charge once
acknowledged by our returns department.
• Depending on our evaluation, we may issue a refund, provide store credit, send a replacement,
or repair the item and return it to you.
• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, a replacement will be provided.
• Products that develop defects within 12 months of purchase may be returned (at your expense)
for repair or replacement under warranty.


5. Customs Fee Policy (International Orders)
We understand customers may encounter customs fees when receiving international shipments.
Please review this policy carefully:

Customer Responsibility:
• Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their country’s customs laws, taxes,
and import duties.
• Customers should research potential customs costs before placing an order.

Order Rejection or Non-Response:
• If an order is rejected or unclaimed due to customs fees or failure to respond to courier
requests, Caliber Pro cannot be held liable.
• Rejected or unclaimed orders are not eligible for refunds.

Return & Refund Policy for Customs Rejections:
• Couriers may attempt to return the shipment; however, return shipping and re-import customs
fees will apply.
• Caliber Pro will not accept returned shipments refused for customs reasons.
• Such orders will be disposed of by the courier, and no refund will be issued.


6. Chargeback Policy
Communication & Resolution:
• Customers should contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We will make every
effort to resolve issues promptly.

Chargeback Initiation:
• If a customer files a chargeback without contacting us first, we may not have the opportunity
to resolve the issue directly.

Investigation & Resolution:
• Caliber Pro will cooperate with the payment provider's investigation, providing supporting
evidence.
• If the decision is in our favor, funds will be returned to our account and the case closed.
Chargeback decisions are final.

Refunds & Future Transactions:
• If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, we are not obligated to issue a refund or fulfill
the original order.
• Customers who file chargebacks will be restricted from purchasing on the Caliber Pro website
for a minimum of 1 year.

Policy Updates:
• Caliber Pro reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.


7. Caliber Pro Warranty Claim Policy
All full-price Caliber Pro tools come with a 1-year parts warranty against defects in materials
or workmanship, provided the product has been used in accordance with manufacturer
instructions.

Handling & Processing Fees:
• 0–90 days: $0
• 91 days–1 year: $35
• Over 1 year: $50

Warranty Claim Requirements:
• Proof of purchase from an authorized seller or a valid Caliber order number is required.
• Discounted purchases may qualify for store credit only.
• Customers must submit a Warranty Claim Form with written details, photos, and a short video
showing the defect.
• Do not ship items before receiving authorization from Caliber Pro Customer Service.
Unauthorized shipments will be rejected.
• Returns must include name, address, phone, email, problem description, and an RMA form.
Failure to provide this will invalidate the claim.

Warranty Exclusions:
• Normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs or modifications, wearable
parts (blades, foils, cutters), and lack of maintenance are not covered.

Repair or Replacement Process:
• Once verified, Caliber Pro will replace, repair, or provide an equivalent product or store
credit. Refunds are not available under warranty.
• Typical repair/replacement turnaround is 7–14 business days after receipt (may be longer due to logistics).

Address Accuracy: 

Customers are solely responsible for entering and verifying the correct shipping address at checkout. Caliber Pro is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. No refunds will be issued for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Package Security at Delivery: 

Customers are responsible for securing their package upon delivery. Caliber Pro is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages after confirmed delivery. No reimbursements or replacements will be provided for such incidents.
